The atrieveERP Users' Group is an independent organization formed by the users of Payroll, HR and Financial software distributed and supported by PowerSchool. Its purpose is to network and discuss, debate, and obtain information about atrieveERP software.

2019 atrieveERP Users' Group Western Conference

Get ready for the 2019 atrieveERP USERS GROUP CONFERENCE! We hope you will be able to attend. All members are encouraged to actively participate in the Special Interest Group (SIG) sessionsAnnual General Meeting and social activities that take place during the conference. Below are some important details regarding the conference dates and hotel reservations

Dates:  Wed. November 6 to Fri. November 8, 2019

- Conference Fees are $545.00
- Each individual attending must register separately.
- Registration closes on October 16, 2019 at 4:30 pm.
- Please enter your name as you wish it to appear on your name badge - First Name and Last Name only.
- Identify your school district/division.
- Remember to check off the Welcome Reception on the Wednesday if you are attending and Thursday banquet if you are attending.  Due to our increasing numbers of attendees we will not be able to offer extra banquet tickets for guests at this conference.
- Select the workshops you wish to attend from the drop down menu on the questions (sessions may be subject to change).  Note:  you may change your selections in the registration system up until October 16, 2019.  If you decide to attend a session you did not select, that is fine.  We only need approximate numbers for each session to determine meeting room assignments.
- Payment will be accepted by credit card only.  Registration fees are listed on the first page.  An invoice/receipt can be printed from your confirmation page when you register. 

- Many sessions will have a Q&A/discussion component. Please submit your questions and table topic ideas here

Important information about room bookings:

- reservations must be made by October 2, 2019 to receive the group rate, starting at $159.  Please ensure you register for the conference at the same time you make your hotel booking.

- The group rates are available for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference should you wish to arrive in Richmond early or extend your stay.

- If you have booked a room and find you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation asap, but no later than September 27, 2019 so that the room will be available to another attendee.

- If your district/division has booked several rooms under one name, please contact the hotel no later than September 27, 2019 and provide names of attendees for each room.  

Important information about transportation options:

- Taxi from Airport:  Taxis are available at the airport with a short drive of approximately 10 minutes to reach the River Rock Resort.

- Skytrain from Airport:  There is a skytrain service from the airport to directly in front of the River Rock Resort (Bridgeport station - just three stops on the Canada Line from the airport).  The ride is approximately 12 minutes in length at a cost of $3.00 per person.  For further information on Skytrain please follow this link:  

- Car Rentals at Airport:  There are many options for car rentals at the Airport.  FYI - there is free parking at the hotel for registered guests.

We are happy to announce that our new PowerSchool Community is now available for all your PowerSchool questions. Our PowerSchool Community can be accessed at

Through our new community you will have access to a growing library of resources, timely updates, peer-to-peer discussions, and more! Additionally, authorized contacts at each district will have access to PowerSource, a companion site for PowerSchool's product downloads.

The PowerSchool Community is where you will be able to:

  • Submit support cases
  • Manage your cases and view case history
  • Participate in discussion forums
  • Search a growing knowledge base of resources
  • Get the latest updates

Additionally, you will be able to do the following on PowerSource:

  • Add new district contacts
  • Access release notes and user guides
  • Download software

How do I get started?

We have included instructions below for how to sign up for the PowerSchool Community. You'll want to start here for all your support needs.

Customers who are new to PowerSource will receive a separate email with instructions on how to log in to that account to access the additional resources we'll share through that site such as downloads and product documentation.

Will I still be able to access my previous support sites?

If you use PowerSource, that site will continue to be available. If you use another help site for your solutions, you will still be able to access it, but will see a “We've moved” message. After a period of transition, we will let you know when your old site is no longer available.

  7. Subscribe to receive notifications on new content. You can do this in any Forum and in our Announcements & Tips area by clicking on Options and Subscribe.
  8. Our Community is a great place to find resources and share ideas with your peers. Explore our Contact Support page for when you need to contact support and view your case history.
