The atrieveERP Users' Group is an independent organization formed by the users of Payroll, HR and Financial software distributed and supported by PowerSchool. Its purpose is to network and discuss, debate, and obtain information about atrieveERP software.

2018 atrieveERP Users' Group Western Conference

Get ready for the 2018 atrieveERP USERS GROUP CONFERENCE! We hope you will be able to attend. All members are encouraged to actively participate in the Special Interest Group (SIG) sessions, Annual General Meeting and social activities that take place during the conference. Below are some important details regarding the conference dates and hotel reservations.

Dates:                  Wed. November 7 to Fri. November 9, 2018

Hotel:                   Fairmont Banff Springs, Alberta

Hotel Rates:          Rates start at $189 for a regular room. The special room rates are good for three days before and three days after the conference should you wish to extend your stay and enjoy Banff and the surrounding area. Book early!

Shuttle service will be available from the Calgary airport to the Fairmont Banff Springs with the Banff Airporter.  The shuttle service runs several times a day, 7 days per week, allowing you to book a time convenient for you.  Attendees will be provided with a group discount code and link to the website in order to book transportation online as soon as conference registration opens.  Alternatively, if you wish to book group transportation for your district from another location in Calgary you can do so by calling 1(888)449-2901.  The Banff Airporter has private service including sedans and SUVs as well as 7, 10, or 24 passenger shuttles.

We are happy to announce that our new PowerSchool Community is now available for all your PowerSchool questions. Our PowerSchool Community can be accessed at help.powerschool.com.

Through our new community you will have access to a growing library of resources, timely updates, peer-to-peer discussions, and more! Additionally, authorized contacts at each district will have access to PowerSource, a companion site for PowerSchool's product downloads.

The PowerSchool Community is where you will be able to:

  • Submit support cases
  • Manage your cases and view case history
  • Participate in discussion forums
  • Search a growing knowledge base of resources
  • Get the latest updates

Additionally, you will be able to do the following on PowerSource:

  • Add new district contacts
  • Access release notes and user guides
  • Download software

How do I get started?

We have included instructions below for how to sign up for the PowerSchool Community. You'll want to start here for all your support needs.

Customers who are new to PowerSource will receive a separate email with instructions on how to log in to that account to access the additional resources we'll share through that site such as downloads and product documentation.

Will I still be able to access my previous support sites?

If you use PowerSource, that site will continue to be available. If you use another help site for your solutions, you will still be able to access it, but will see a “We've moved” message. After a period of transition, we will let you know when your old site is no longer available.

  2. Watch a quick video on how to get started.
  3. Click on Sign In and select New User? Register here.
  4. Use your school email so we can help connect you to the resources you need.
  5. You will receive an email notification. Be sure to check your email and verify your account.
  6. Check out the resources under Welcome & FAQs, Announcements & Tips, and Help menus.
  7. Subscribe to receive notifications on new content. You can do this in any Forum and in our Announcements & Tips area by clicking on Options and Subscribe.
  8. Our Community is a great place to find resources and share ideas with your peers. Explore our Contact Support page for when you need to contact support and view your case history.
  9. Lastly, take a moment to introduce yourself to our Community, we'd love to hear from you!
